Ms.
Batoff is a licensed psychologist and marriage and family
therapist (LMFT). She is a clinical member and approved supervisor
of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy
and associate member of the American Psychological Association,
as well as a former clinical associate in the University of
Pennsylvania's Department of Psychiatry. She is also a certified
PREP (Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program) trainer.
After completing her post-graduate training in Marital, Family
and Sex Therapy at the Marriage Council of Philadelphia in
1986, Ms. Batoff was invited to join the Council as a staff
therapist. In her 22-year tenure here, she has built
a practice which includes individuals, couples and families,
and focuses on areas of rebuilding intimacy, sexuality, the
aftermath of affairs, separation and divorce, remarriage and
step-families, and depression and anxiety. Other areas of specialty
include postpartum depression and menopause. Ms. Batoff is also a
published author, with numerous articles in local publications.
